I’m so glad you’re here! I am a Registered Nurse, dog mom, wife, and a bit of a self-proclaimed foodie. I find true joy in exploring new places with my husband and our dog, Joey.
Through my own journey and work with others, I’ve learned that true health isn’t about quick fixes or masking symptoms. It’s about addressing the root causes of what’s causing imbalance in your life. I believe that we often overlook the deeper factors-things like gut health, stress, gut dysfunction, and inflammation-that are crucial to overall wellness.
My passion is in helping people take a root-cause approach to their health, so they can feel empowered to make meaningful changes that last. I combine my background in nursing with functional medicine principles to support you in finding the balance that works for you-because your wellness journey is deeply personal, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
